Matthew Oliver Loves – Giuncatello Country Estate

Bonjorno to you all; how are you all?

I got the hello right on today’s Matthew Oliver Loves as we’re off to Italy to show you an amazing, tranquil wedding venue.  I wish I was actually going, that would make me really happy right now.

So we’re off to show you the remarkable and incredible Giuncatello Country Estate, located in the Tuscan hills, literally in the middle of nowhere!!  This is a perfect venue for a small, personal, intimate wedding; though I don’t see why you can’t go crazy and have a larger affair here too as it’s extremely versatile.

I love it because, not only is it traditional and beautiful, you can pretty much design anything for a wedding here.  It’s also a great get away venue or honeymoon location.

Anyway enough from me, here is why I love it…

Italian Wedding Venue

We started by just organizing parties and events for friends and family, and then the word spread around.  Although it is still possible to book events for fall 2013, we are now concentrating on serving our clients for 2014 celebrations.

This renovated farmhouse is a perfect for hosting celebrations from abroad because it is close enough to two major cities yet it is in the middle of the tranquil Italian countryside.  There are no neighbours, no one to complain about noise, music, etc.  And the views are spectacular.  The property is completely fenced, with 2 access gates, cameras, domestic system, everything to make guests feel safe (although the only visitors to the property are bunnies).  A professional gardener maintains the grounds.  The house itself is built into the hillside and the landscaping is in 3 “levels” of grassy lawns.  Each area can be set up for different part of the party, i.e. cocktail hour behind the house, dinner in the front, etc.

The villa can be rented just for the day of the event or for an entire weekend, or even a week.  The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (2 of the bedrooms have a fireplace).  On the lower level, there is a large kitchen with a big hearth (perfect for grilling indoors when the weather isn’t perfect), dining room, salon, powder room, a rec room with a hot tub for 8, a full bathroom, as well as an additional bedroom.  The circulation through the house is very fluid with lots of doors opening onto terraces, bringing the outside in.  It is ideal for a group of friends or a family to spend the weekend celebrating while enjoying what’s truly Italian: breathtaking landscape, delicious food and wine, and good company.

WOW!!  Doesn’t that just sound, bl**** amazing?  Don’t go anywhere because you haven’t seen the magical pictures yet.

Ehhhhhhh; after reading this and seeing the beautiful pictures I just want to jump on a plane and GO!!  I love how there is a hot tub; actually I love everything about this special Italian wedding venue.

As there website is not quite finished you can contact them via their Facebook Page, or I’ll be happy to contact them for you and help plan a magical Italian wedding.  It will give me that excuse to go and spend time there, whilst on business.

Thank you for popping bye, I love you all so much.

Have a fabulous weekend.

Matthew Oliver xx
